La LCE introduce la segmentaci\u00f3n de las actividades de generaci\u00f3n, transmisi\u00f3n y distribuci\u00f3n dentro del sector el\u00e9ctrico, estableciendo un r\u00e9gimen de libertad de precios. En el futuro EDEs gestionan activamente la red y la interacci\u00f3n con los recursos energ\u00e9ticos distribuidos. Por un lado, la operaci\u00f3n de la red de distribuci\u00f3n se vuelve m\u00e1s compleja. Por otro lado, los servicios de energ\u00eda distribuida que ofrecen los nuevos actores y modelos de negocio pueden ser altamente beneficiosos &#8211; como por ejemplo en la propia generaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda con ER, nuevas metodolog\u00edas de planeamiento, la introducci\u00f3n de medidores inteligentes y la creaci\u00f3n de una infraestructura de carga para veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos. En el segundo webinario el Ing. Manuel Uribe present\u00f3 el dise\u00f1o regulatorio y las tareas pendientes, seguido por el Ing. Tomas Di Lavello quien explic\u00f3 el impacto y beneficios de la GD en los sistemas de distribuci\u00f3n. Al final los panelistas Ing. Javier Muro y Ing.
