Los \u00edndices de p\u00e9rdidas comerciales registradas en Brasil son muy superiores a los observados en los pa\u00edses desarrollados que afectan los resultados y gesti\u00f3n del sector de distribuci\u00f3n de electricidad. Se foment\u00f3 un marco normativo para impulsar la innovaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica y la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica en los consumidores y el rol de las empresas el\u00e9ctricas ha sido fundamental en los resultados obtenidos.
