Ricardo Arrese, Gerente Regional de Hidrandina, as\u00ed como de los cuadros gerenciales y especialistas del \u00e1rea comercial, proyectos, control de p\u00e9rdidas, operaciones y tecnolog\u00edas de informaci\u00f3n y comunicaci\u00f3n de la empresa.<\/p><p>La construcci\u00f3n de la hoja de ruta brindar\u00e1 a la empresa una poderosa herramienta para la planificaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica de sus servicios, as\u00ed como la identificaci\u00f3n y priorizaci\u00f3n de las actividades y proyectos que debe ejecutar. Adem\u00e1s, le permitir\u00e1 obtener una base s\u00f3lida para medir sus progresos en su camino hacia su digitalizaci\u00f3n.
